Well we don’t love everything about this company, even though they offer one of the best services for fighting identity theft. Here are two things we don’t like about Lifelock, just to be open and honest.
- They have a B grade with the BBB. Mainly this is because of people who had just the basic Lifelock plan with fraud monitoring and they really needed the protection the command center offers. But since the recent changes complaints have actually been down.
- They do not offer a family plan currently, however they do have special plans for children that only cost an extra $2.50 per month. If this is a problem you can always check out Trusted ID here, which DOES offer great family plans for affordable rates
